Palacios Secondary School English Teacher

QUALIFICATIONS:              

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Valid Texas teaching certificate (ESL certified preferred)
• Knowledge of rigorous teaching strategies and curriculum;
• Proven success at planning creative, innovative lessons and presentation;
• Must be computer literate and able to integrate technology;
• Organizational skills required;           
• Proven classroom management skills;
• Prior classroom teaching experience preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal skills; and
• Proven rapport with staff/students/parents.

SALARY:                               Board approved pay scale

CONTRACT:                          10 months

PAID JOB BENEFITS:   

$500 towards Medical
