MUSIC TEACHER

 QUALIFICATIONS:   

• Bachelor's or Master's degree;
• Valid Texas teaching certificate;
• Have or willing to obtain ESL endorsement and GT hours
• Knowledge of rigorous teaching strategies and curriculum; 
• Proven success at planning creative, innovative lessons and presentation;
• Must be computer literate;
• Organizational skills required; 
• Proven classroom management skills;
• Prior classroom teaching experience preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal skills; and
• Proven rapport with staff/students.

SALARY:                     Board approved pay scale

CONTRACT:                10 months

PAID JOB BENEFITS: $500 monthly towards Medical; Full Dental, Life, Accidental Death, Long-Term Disability, Vision
